Indian Space Research Organisation launches LVM3 launch vehicle to the Moon

The Indian Department of Space has sent a launch vehicle to the Moon.

This was shown during an ISRO broadcast.

The mission is expected to land on the satellite at the end of August and explore the environment for two weeks.

If the mission is successful, India will become the fourth country to land on the Moon. Previously, only the United States, the Soviet Union, and China managed to do so.
