In the temporarily occupied Crimea, mobilized soldiers relatives are massively appealing to the Russian Defence Ministry over their rights violations — the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The main reasons for the appeals are:

▪️ absence of rotations and vacations for over 6 months and any prospects for them in the next 2-3 months;

▪️ unsatisfactory food and sanitary conditions forcing relatives to constantly send them food and personal items

▪️ officers' use of their official position for personal enrichment — privates and sergeants are offered short-term vacations for a bribe of $1,000.

The Russian Ministry of Defence does not respond to citizens' appeals.

Due to the premature failure of S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems and the inability to promptly deliver combat components and perform routine maintenance of the equipment in combat conditions, the SAMs have to be sent to manufacturing plants in Russia.

During the day, the Russians launched 4 air and 15 missile strikes, most of them against civilian infrastructure in the Khmelnytskyi, Dnipro, Donetsk, and Kherson regions. The Russian army also fired over 50 times from multiple launch rocket systems.

The Russian army continues to focus its main efforts on conducting offensive operations at the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions.

Over the past day, Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled attacks near Hrianykivka and Masiutivka in the Kharkiv region; Bilohorivka, Chervonopopivka and Kreminna in the Luhansk region; and Vyimka, Fedorivka, Dubove-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske and Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region.

The Ukrainian military struck seven times at areas where Russian personnel and military equipment were concentrated, as well as at an anti-aircraft missile system position.
