In the morning of October 22, Russia launched missile strikes on several regions of Ukraine
In particular, the Russians struck at energy infrastructure facilities in Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Odesa, Kirovohrad and Volyn regions.
In Khmelnytskyi, people were left de-energised. Also, there is no electricity in Uman and partially Zvenyhorod districts of the Cherkasy region. In Lutsk, all boiler houses suspended their work - there is no hot water in the city.
Ukrenergo reports that today's strikes on energy facilities may exceed the consequences of the shelling on October 10-12. As a result, some regions have introduced surveys on electricity consumption.
