In temporarily occupied Hola Prystan, the water has stopped, and its level has dropped by five centimetres in some places, but the flooding situation remains almost at the same point.
Svitlana Lynnyk, the Head of the Hola Prystan City Military Administration, reports this.
"The only positive thing is that the water level is now falling, up to minus 5 centimetres in some places," the CMA head says.
Locals are evacuating by all available means. The occupation authorities are not taking any measures.
