In Kyiv, police officers remove unexploded drone part from burning building

During one of the shelling incidents in Kyiv, police explosives experts Taras Dmytruk and Roman Khomenko removed a drone fragment from a building on fire in the Holosiivskyi district. They managed to prevent a further explosion.

This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The wreckage fell on the building of a factory. The undetonated warhead of the drone remained in the fire.

"At high temperatures, the munition could have detonated at any time and led to a powerful explosion with grave consequences. Police explosive experts risked their own lives to avoid a large-scale explosion and save many people," the Ministry wrote.
