IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi assured that the Agency is "making every effort" to release the Director General of Zaporizhzhia NPP kidnapped by Russia

This was announced by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. 

During a telephone conversation with Grossi, he said that Ukraine was ready to facilitate the rotation of IAEA experts at ZNPP. 

The Minister also stressed that Russia should withdraw troops and military equipment from the station.
