Guatemala became the first Latin American country to join the Core Group for the establishment of the Special Tribunal for Crimes of Aggression against Ukraine — the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba

"In New York, I was pleased to meet with (Guatemalan Foreign Minister - ed.) Mario Adolfo Búcaro Flores. Guatemala is our true friend," Kuleba wrote.

During the meeting, they discussed joint efforts to bring Russia to justice, particularly for the crime of aggression.
