Germany has launched a program worth more than 20 million euros to help Ukrainian culture and media

According to the Minister of Culture of Ukraine and Information Policy, Oleksandr Tkachenko, a "significant" amount of funds will also be directed to support the opposition Russian media.

"When I asked how the Russian press is related to the support of the Ukrainian media, there was quite a lively discussion with colleagues from the German department," said the minister.
