France is ready to provide Ukraine with long-term security guarantees - French Foreign Ministry

France is ready to conclude agreements that will help Ukraine protect itself in the long term and prevent possible future aggressions — the French Foreign Ministry spokesperson at a briefing on May 23.

"Together with its partners, France continues to reflect on how best to support Ukraine in the long term and in all areas. France is ready to conclude agreements with Ukraine aimed at providing it with security guarantees, as confirmed by our leaders in the declaration of the 36th Franco-British summit," the spokesperson said.
