Former Romanian Foreign Minister states the need to divide Ukraine

Andrei Marga made a statement according to which Ukraine "should give" its territories to Romania, Hungary, Poland, and Russia because of the "unnatural" borders of the state.

He assures that Ukraine is allegedly "far from democracy", as political parties are banned in the country, television is controlled by the authorities, and rich people flee the country with money.

"Romania should stay a little further away from the war," the former foreign minister also said, adding that the war will end with a security agreement between the US, China, Russia and the EU.

The Embassy of Ukraine in Romania expressed disappointment with Marg's statement, as the ex-minister questions the basic principles of international law, in particular the inviolability of borders.
