Explosions were allegedly reported in Moscow

Russian Telegram channels reported explosions near the Karamyshev hydroelectric complex in Moscow.

Subsequently, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin claimed that a drone had been shot down by Russian air defence forces. The wreckage of the drone allegedly fell over the Karamyshevskaya embankment.

Earlier, Russian media reported temporary restrictions at Vnukovo and Kaluga airports. Flights were cancelled or delayed.

After the explosion in Moscow, both airports allegedly resumed operations.
