Explosion occurs near Votkinsk plant in Russia

Voktinsk, Russia (Svidomi) — Residents of the Russian cities of Izhevsk and Voktinsk in Udmurtia heard an explosion, according to the Telegram channel Baza.

Locals assume that the explosion occurred at a landfill near the village of Yagul, near the plant.

Alleged tests at the Votkinsk plant could have caused the explosion.

Russia has not officially commented on the incident.

It will be recalled that an oil refinery in Volgograd, Russia, caught fire as a result of a drone attack.
