Expanded training program for the Ukrainian military began in Germany

American instructors will train about 500 Ukrainian servicemen for five to eight weeks.

General Mark Milley plans to pay a special visit to the Grafenwoehr training ground, where Ukrainians will be trained.

The AP writes that the training will help Ukrainian forces hone their skills to be better prepared to launch an offensive and counter any Russian attacks. The Ukrainian military will learn how to better move and coordinate their company- and battalion-sized units in combat using combined artillery, armored vehicles, and ground forces.
