European Commission President confirms that the EU is preparing the tenth package of sanctions against Russia

The package will mainly focus on "closing loopholes" through which Russia bypasses sanctions. Von der Leyen also announces "massive consequences" for those who circumvent the EU sanctions.

The President of the European Commission says that Western allies need to increase the level of military support and provide "all the military equipment that Ukraine can handle".
