European Commission announces the ninth package of EU sanctions against Russia

Almost 200 more individuals and legal entities, three Russian banks are under sanctions, and export controls are being strengthened, in particular, to prevent Russia from purchasing drones from third countries, as well as other goods that it can use for military purposes.
