EU-Ukraine summit to discuss implementations of Volodymyr Zelenskyy's peace formula in February — the Foreign Minister of Ukraine during an online briefing

Dmytro Kuleba will attend a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council on January 23. The event will include talks on preparations for the EU-Ukraine summit to be held on February 3. 

Ukraine expects the deployment of Patriot air defense systems as soon as possible. Preparations for their transfer have already begun. Kuleba noted that a new meeting in the Ramstein format would be held soon. 

To recap, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the peace formula in October 2022 to the leaders of the G7 countries. The "Ukrainian formula for peace" provides guarantees of radiation, nuclear and energy security, restoration of the country's territorial value, release of prisoners and "return of justice".
