EU spokesman Peter Stano has called the Russian missile attack on Lviv on the night of 6 July a war crime.
He wrote about this on his social media.
The spokesperson writes that this week's events in Sumy, Pervomaiskyi and Kramatorsk prove that Putin is deliberately targeting civilians and infrastructure.
Peter Stano stresses that Russia will be held accountable.
