Estonia also bans the broadcasting of the Russian TV channel Dozhd — Suspilne regarding the confirmation from Estonian TV operators Telia and Elisa

Since December 8, the broadcasting of the Dozhd TV channel in Estonia has been under a national ban following a court decision. Earlier, Lithuania and Latvia also decided to deprive the TV channel of its licenses.

"According to the Law on Media Services, broadcasters can offer television programs as part of their services if they have a license from the host country or other legal basis," said Taavi Teder, media relations manager of Elisa.
