Death toll from Kakhovka HPP explosion rises to 21 — Interior Ministry

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that five of the dead had been killed by Russians' precision shots. Another 28 were injured, including 16 Ukrainian rescuers.  

595 houses in the Kherson region remain flooded. 

The epidemiological situation is steady and under control. No outbreaks of infectious diseases have been recorded.
