Damages caused to Kharkiv amount to about UAH 9 billion — the city mayor
About 500 residential buildings in the city are not subject to restoration. One hundred and nine schools and one hundred and ten kindergartens are damaged, and some are not subject to restoration.
To varying degrees, fifty-three medical institutions, as well as heating plants, water pipelines, energy infrastructure and transport - trolleybuses, trams, subways — were damaged.
