Crimean artist Bohdan Ziza faces 12 years in prison allegedly for "terrorism"

This was reported by the head of the Crimean Human Rights Group Olha Skrypnyk during an interview with Ukrinform.

The human rights activist stressed that after the detention, the Russians ill-treated the artist.

On May 16, 2022, in the temporarily occupied Yevpatoria, Bohdan Ziza doused the building of the so-called "administration" with blue and yellow paints and threw a bottle of incendiary mixture there. The Russians "convicted" him under the article on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces, and the artist is currently being held in jail.
