Covert mass mobilization will begin in the Moscow and Leningrad regions, including Moscow and St. Petersburg

Soldiers will be added to the military units stationed in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The Russian command will send 1,200 conscripts to the peninsula.

Since there are no military operations on the territory of Crimea, these servicemen are not offered to sign a contract, which may indicate cost savings and reluctance to pay allowances.
