CIA publishes video calling on Russians to cooperate with US intelligence agency

The US Central Intelligence Agency has called on Russians to cooperate with them.

The video "Why I contacted the CIA: For my own sake" was published on the official CIA channel.

According to the story, a fictional Russian made a "difficult but important decision to secretly contact [the] CIA."

"The CIA wants to know the truth about Russia. We are looking for reliable people who know and can tell us this truth. Your information may be more valuable than you think," the intelligence service said in the video description.

To communicate with the intelligence service, Russians are advised to use the Tor browser, which provides anonymity to Internet users.

The CIA is primarily looking for Russian intelligence officers, diplomats, and scientists.
