China supplies Russia with technologies that help Russia's defence industry — WSJ

The Wall Street Journal notes that "customs and corporate documents show that Russia can still import equipment through countries that have not joined the sanctions. 

In particular, many export-controlled goods go through the United Arab Emirates. 

Instead, a Chinese representative denied the information in a comment to the publication.

"The allegation that China is providing assistance to Russia has no factual basis, but is purely speculative and deliberately overblown," a Chinese spokesman at the embassy in Washington told the WSJ.
