Canada urged Russia to respect the rights of all Ukrainian prisoners

Canada also condemns the intentions of the Russians to conduct a "trial" of Ukrainian prisoners of war in the temporarily occupied Mariupol. The agency reminded the Russian Federation of its obligation to comply with all international obligations.
