British Intelligence: Capture of Bakhmut likely to remain Russia's main current operational objective

The Russian army and Wagner PMC troops have tactically advanced towards Soledar, a town 10km north of Bakhmut, and are likely to control most of it. 

The UK Ministry of Defence intelligence notes that Russia is unlikely to surround Bakhmut in the near future, as Ukrainian forces maintain a stable defence and control supply routes.
