At least 15 injured and one dead following Russian shelling in Ukraine

The Ukrainian Air Force shot down all 12 Shahed attack drones. Russians also attacked Ukrainian regions with S-300 guided missiles. In particular, air defences operated in the Mykolaiv and Kharkiv regions.

Russians attacked Kharkiv, 30 km from the Russian border, with drones. A non-residential building was damaged. There were no casualties. Approximately 15 settlements in the region also came under artillery and mortar fire. In Derhachi, four women were injured due to the shelling with guided aerial bombs. Houses, cars and an outbuilding were damaged. In Vovchansk, a 65-year-old man was killed by shell fragments.

In the Donetsk region, partially occupied since 2014 and straddling the frontline in the east of Ukraine, Russians attacked еthe Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Bakhmut districts. One person was injured in Novohorodivka. Residential buildings were damaged.

On the night of March 26, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russians attacked the Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities in the Nikopol district, which borders the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region across the Dnipro. Nikopol also came under fire from Russian artillery resulting in a fire. A 91-year-old woman sustained light injuries. Residential buildings, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged.

During the day, Russian troops carried out 380 strikes on eight settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, partially occupied since 2022 and home to Europe's largest nuclear power plant. Robotyne, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Verbove and other frontline towns and villages were hit by aircraft, MLRS and artillery. Residential buildings were damaged.

Russians shelled Beryslav, Novoberyslav, Burhunka, Tiahynka, Kherson and other towns in the Kherson region, partially occupied in the south since 2022. The Russians dropped a bomb on Chervonyi Maiak. Residential buildings and an agricultural enterprise were damaged.

In the Mykolaiv region, Ukrainian air defence destroyed three Shahed-131/136 UAVs. The Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities came under artillery fire. There were no casualties.

On March 25, the Russians shelled Odesa, a major seaport in the south of Ukraine. The Russian army hit the city's recreational area with a double strike. Two buildings were destroyed and windows in nearby houses were smashed. Civilian infrastructure was damaged. Nine people sought medical assistance. The victims suffered shrapnel wounds or an acute stress disorder.

The Russian army shelled 11 villages in Novhorod-Siverskyi, Semenivka, Snovske and Horodnianka communities, Chernihiv region, bordering Belarus and Russia to the north. Ukrainian border guards recorded over a hundred explosions from artillery, mortars, FPV drones, MLRS and self-propelled artillery systems.

The Russian shelling of the Sumy region, bordering Russia to the north, resulted in over 100 explosions. The Russians fired mortars, artillery, UAS, missiles, UAVs and handguns. Residential buildings were damaged. No casualties were reported.
