As a result of the Russian massive attack in Ukraine, there is damage to generation facilities and power grids — the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Halushchenko

Currently, the situation with electricity supply is challenging in western Ukraine, Odesa and Kyiv regions. 

According to the Minister, there will be emergency power outages, but power engineers are already restoring power supply.
