As a result of Russian missile strikes on November 23, many regions of Ukraine have no electricity, but electricians continue to restore the infrastructure

70% of consumers in Kyiv remain without electricity. Power engineers and water supply specialists worked all night in the city to restore centralized access to water. In the morning, water appeared in some city districts.

18 regions of Ukraine were supplied with water between 10 p.m. on October 23 and 9 a.m. on October 24. This means that critical infrastructure facilities got access to electricity.

At the same time, hospitals continued to work without centralized power supply, using their own generators. Under such conditions, two kidney transplants were performed at the Cherkasy Regional Oncology Center
