In the city of Einbeck in Lower Saxony, prosecutors are investigating an attempted murder of a ten-year-old Ukrainian boy.
Deutsche Welle reported this.
The man approached a group of Ukrainian children, demanded that they speak Russian, and allegedly said that Ukraine had started the war.
The unknown man then grabbed a ten-year-old boy, threw him over a railing into a canal, and threw a glass bottle at him. The man then left the scene.
The child hit the iron beams and sustained injuries to his head and left leg.
The prosecutor's office is looking for the man on charges of attempted murder.
