CNN Türk reports an explosion on a ship that was loading grain at an elevator. Preliminarily, a grain storage tank exploded.
The Kocaeli province governor, Seddar Yavuz, reported ten wounded. Rescuers continue to work at the site.
According to preliminary information, the explosion was allegedly caused by a chemical reaction.
