They are 16 and 17 years old. They arrived in Austria after the start of the full-scale invasion and lived in child and youth care centers.

A representative of the Ombudsman of the Russian Federation addressed an employee of the Regional Ombudsman's office in Tirol. They said that allegedly the mother of these minors is in Moscow and wants to reunite the family. The employee sent minors to the Russian Federation without consulting anyone.

The civil servant did not consult with the Ukrainian embassy.
