About 800 soldiers from the Azov regiment are being held in Russian captivity, including over 40 women, among them pregnant women.

Russians do not provide proper medical support to pregnant women in captivity.

" Almost 90% of the released prisoners have extreme anorexia, moral and psychological exhaustion. They have old shrapnel and gunshot wounds in a severe neglected form, because there was no proper treatment neither at Azovstal nor in captivity," said Olha Kravchenko, head of the department for work with prisoners and their families of the Azov Patronage Service.
