Russia continues to use foreign components to manufacture missiles used to attack Ukraine.

Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

About 50% of the components in the Kinzhal and Iskander missiles are foreign-made.

According to Skibitskyi, Ukraine is actively working with partners to limit the supply of these components to Russia, increase sanctions pressure on Russia, and strengthen Ukraine's air defence system.

Russians have increased the production of Kalibr and Kh-101 cruise missiles from 10 to 30-40 units per month.

The missiles are sent to war immediately after production.

"The cruise missiles from the latest strikes, as we can already see from their remains, were manufactured in April this year," Skibitsky said.

It will be recalled that the European Union has adopted a new package of sanctions aimed primarily at stopping the circumvention of previous restrictions.
