The President of Ukraine has called on countries around the world to impose sanctions on Russia so that it cannot produce weapons from global components.
"It is cheaper to cut off the supply of weapons components once. Rather than constantly spending new anti-missile systems for air defence," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
