A soldier fighting in Ukraine could be arrested in Sakartvelo (Georgia)

During the mass protests in Sakartvelo, Nadim Khmaladze, a soldier who is fighting in Ukraine, could have been arrested — Batumelebi.gi.

Khmaladze's friends say that he was going to join a rally near the walls of the Georgian parliament. However, friends suggest that he could have been detained around 17:00 local time.

Currently, the military's family cannot reach him. His phone is switched off.

The Batumelebi media outlet appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to verify whether Nadim Khmaladze had indeed been detained, but the journalists have not yet received a response.
