A large-scale accident at a power substation in the Odesa region — DTEK Odesa Power Grids
It is the second large-scale accident at this substation in a day. As a result, Odesa and part of the Odesa district remained temporarily de-energised.
As of this evening, the power supply to the city's critical infrastructure has been restored in Odesa, particularly the water supply, sewage and heating systems.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine said that all the power generators available to the Ministry of Energy should be delivered to Odesa within 24 hours. Furthermore, all "Points of Invincibility" in Odesa should be open around the clock, with Internet and electricity supply.
The Minister of Energy and the head of Ukrenergo went to the city.
