People still stay in the frontline town of Bakhmut. In total, there are currently

5990 people, including about 200 children —  the police of the Donetsk region.

The police, investigative teams and the White Angels police evacuation team continue to work in the city, risking their own lives and making great efforts to persuade people to leave.

The police note that if people refuse to evacuate to other regions of Ukraine, they agree to take them at least to safer areas of the Donetsk region.
