Russians launch a missile attack on Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, killing three people

At least two people were wounded. The Russian military shelled a residential area, damaging four high-rise buildings, a hotel, garages and civilian cars.
The Russians also damaged houses in Vuhledar, Paraskoviivka and Vasyukivka; an outpatient clinic in Ocheretyne, a private house in Kurakhove, and an institutional building in Bakhmut.
On January 27, Russians killed three people in Paraskoviivka and one in Velyka Novosilka. Seven other residents of the region were wounded.
