European Commission foesn’t expect Russia to restart Nord Stream on July 21

EU countries are trying to find alternative suppliers.

The commission is due to unveil on July 20 a plan for coordinated gas demand reduction to mitigate the impact of a potential cut-off by Moscow. The Commission may also seek the right to force consumption cuts if needed later on.
