In temporarily occupied Kherson, the Russians blocked Viber and YouTube

Residents may lose access to the Ukrainian banking system. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian banks made Viber one of the bank login methods to avoid problems due to mobile network outages.

The Russians have also blocked YouTube. Currently, access to it is only possible through VPN services.
