The flag of Ukraine was delivered to the Zmiinyi [Snake] Island, but it has not been hoisted yet

The spokeswoman of the Operational Command "Pivden" [South] Natalia Humeniuk specified in a commentary to CNN that the flag had been delivered to the island by a helicopter. 

"It is waiting for the arrival of the troops, then it will be flying", Humeniuk said.

The spokeswoman adds that no one landed on the island.
