The perpetrator is a citizen of the Russian Federation, a serviceman of the 104th Airborne Assault Regiment of the 76th Airborne Assault Division from Military Unit 32515.
The photo, taken on a Polaroid, was discovered by the owner of the apartment after Irpin's de-occupation. It was possible to identify 26-year-old Nikita Tretyakov with the help of artificial intelligence.
