The Ukrainian flag was set in the Zmiinyy (Snake) island

There is an inscription on the flag: "Russian warship, remember, the Zmiinyy (Snake) island is Ukraine!"

The flag was also signed by the head of the Odesa regional military administration  Maksym Marchenko.
