59 countries and organizations took part in the second international summit "Crimean Platform".

This year, states from Central America (Guatemala, Belize), South America (Suriname), the Caribbean (Antigua and Barbuda), Africa (Congo, Liberia, Niger) and several European states (Liechtenstein, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina) were added to the list of participants).

Representatives of the Organization of American States were also present at the Crimean Platform.
