Zelenskyy: Russians are destroying any grounds for life in the temporarily occupied territories

"Russians fill the temporarily occupied territory with graves. They arrange prisons in the temporarily occupied territories, but soon the entire territory of the Russian Federation will be filled with them, because this is the only way Russian special services will operate now. The law in Russia is gone," the President of Ukraine said in his evening video address to the nation.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy also announced a special meeting of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine on June 30, where he said important decisions would be made.
