Ukrainian towns and villages in at least eight regions continue to suffer from Russian shelling

In the Donetsk region, east of Ukraine, where the frontline lies, Russian troops attacked villages in the Mariinka, Kostiantynivka, Soledar and Zvanivka communities five times. Civilian objects have been destroyed. In the middle of the night, Russians fired a missile at Pokrovsk, damaging four infrastructure facilities. Two people got wounded in Avdiivka.

In the Kharkiv region bordering Russia, Russians shelled 18 towns and villages with artillery and mortar fire. Private homes, administrative buildings, private houses, multi-storey buildings, and power grids were destroyed. There were no casualties.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, where the front line runs, and part of which has been occupied since 2022, Russians struck 144 times in 20 settlements. There are two reports of residential buildings being destroyed. There were no casualties.

In the north, Russians fired 30 times at communities in the Sumy region bordering Russia. 122 explosions were recorded. There were no casualties.

Also in the north, Russians attacked three communities in the Chernihiv region, which borders Russia, with mortars, cannon artillery and UAVs.

In the south, Russians attacked two communities in the Mykolaiv region with artillery. There were no casualties.

In the Kherson region, part of which has been occupied since 2022, Russians carried out 36 attacks, firing 132 shells, using artillery, mortars, MLRS and UAVs. Residential areas of the region's settlements and a museum in Kherson were hit. One person was injured.

Over the past 24 hours, Russians attacked the Nikopol district in the Dnipropetrovsk region several times. The Novomoskovsk district also came under attack. Outbuildings, 13 private houses, a car and a power line were damaged.
