UK intelligence service sees no signs of the possible use of nuclear weapons by Russia

The head of the Government Communications Centre, Jeremy Fleming, says there are no signs that Russia is considering using nuclear weapons in a war against Ukraine.

Fleming expressed hope to see "indicators" if Moscow intends to use weapons of mass destruction.
