Thirteen people died as a result of Russian shelling over the past day. Another 51 got injured
In the Kharkiv region, bordering Russia to the east, the Russians shelled Kupiansk, Buda, Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi and Prystin. In Buda, the Russians hit the ground near the railway station with an Iskander. Twenty-six residential buildings, nine administrative buildings, two cars, the railway station, three auxiliary buildings, and the railway track were damaged. Two police officers were killed. Another 25 people were injured, including two children. In Kupiansk, two people were wounded, and one woman got injured in Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi.
In the Donetsk region, which has been partially occupied since 2014 and is located on the frontline in the east of Ukraine, the Russians conducted 3,487 attacks. The towns of Myrnohrad, Sloviansk, Toretsk, Chasiv Yar, New York, Zhuravka, Kostiantynopilske, Novomarkove, Novoocheretuvate, Novoselivka Persha, and Prohres came under attack. Eighty-four residential buildings, administrative buildings, a shop, an educational institution, ten garages, cars, and critical infrastructure were damaged. Six people were killed, and 11 others were injured, including one child.
In the Sumy region, bordering Russia to the north, the Russians carried out 42 attacks on the border areas. The communities of Khotin, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Bilopillia, Vorozhba, Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Hlukhiv, Shalyhyne, Esman, Seredyna-Buda were attacked. The military recorded 101 explosions. There were no casualties.
In the Mykolaiv region in the south of Ukraine, the Russians attacked the Kutsurub community and Ochakiv. A residential building, a power line and the Internet connection were damaged. There were no casualties.
In the Kherson region in the south of Ukraine, partially occupied since 2022, Mykhailivka, Kizomys, Sadove, Tokarivka, Shevchenkivka, Ukrainka, Pryozerne, Havrylivka, Beryslav, Lvove Odradokamianka, Tomaryne, Antonivka, Dniprovske, Chornobaivka, Bilozerka, Komyshany, Tiahynka, Mykilske, Vysoke, Poniativka, Veletenske, Blahovishchenske and Kherson came under Russian attack. Teo multi-storey buildings and 42 private houses were damaged. Schools, medical facilities, administrative buildings and a gas pipeline were also hit. Five people were killed, and nine others were injured, including a child.
The Russians attacked Nikopol in the Dnipropetrovsk region in southcentral Ukraine on July 13. Four people were injured, including a rescuer. Enterprises, an agricultural company, an educational institution, a religious building, five high-rise buildings, ten private houses, two outbuildings and power lines were damaged.
On the night of July 14, the Russian army launched a rocket attack on the Dnipro district. One person was injured. The Myrove community and Nikopol were also attacked. Five private houses, seven outbuildings, power lives and a petrol station were damaged.
Over the past 24 hours, the Russians launched 373 attacks on 11 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region in the south, partially occupied in the south since 2022. One person was wounded. There were nine reports of destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure.
