The United States says it has every indication that Ukraine is properly using cluster munitions on the battlefield, as reported

The United States believes that Ukraine is using cluster munitions on the battlefield properly, as it claimed.

Pentagon Press Secretary Patrick S. Ryder said this during a briefing.

"This right now has provided the Ukrainians with the capability to continue to take the fight to the enemy [Russians]," Ryder added.

In addition, the Press Secretary said that the US plans to increase production of 155 mm ammunition to more than 80,000 per month next year. Currently, the country produces up to 25,000 rounds per month.

Ryder also said that the US had delivered more than 2 million rounds of 155mm ammunition to Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion.

The United States will continue to work closely with Ukraine and provide it with everything it needs to "continue the fight and take back its sovereign territory."
